LATE DROP OFF & PICKUP / ABANDONMENT POLICY
Pets must arrive on time of scheduled appointment. If a pet is late to an appointment by more than 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and will be charged fees as stated in our cancellation policy below. Pets should be picked up promptly after grooming is completed. If more than 30 minutes late for pickup from the time the groomer/staff specified for pick up you may incur additional daycare and/or boarding charges. If a pet is not picked up and the owner cannot be reached, the grooming establishment may contact appropriate authorities to ensure the pet’s safety.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in full at the completion of services and before the pet leaves the premises. Appointments require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. An invoice will be issued for the cancellation fee and must be paid before any new appointment can be scheduled. Existing appointments may be cancelled until payment is received.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
The following vaccinations must be current for grooming services: Rabies, Parvovirus, and Distemper - Proof of vaccination is required. The Bordetella vaccination is strongly recommended but not required. Bordetella is required if using boarding services with J & M Retrievers and Kennels, which includes daycare services through Bark and Bath Dog Day Spa. This grooming establishment reserves the right to refuse service if required vaccinations are not current.
